Houghton County - Access is off of the Emily Lake road. The road junction is 22 miles SW of Houghton on M-26 or 13 miles NE of the M-38 / M-26 junction. Emily Lake Road is paved for the first half mile and gravel past that. The campground is 2 1/2 miles south of M-26.

Phone number indicated above is for the Management Unit. Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations.9 sites for tent and small trailer use located on the south shore of Emily Lake. This is a rustic campground with vault toilets, hand pump well. It has barrier free facilities. The campground is open from May through November. Emily Lake: Emily Lake is a deep 54-acre lake.
